A decent Swiss Cheese formula to attempt !
Swiss Cheese Ingredients:
* 2 cups ground Swiss cheddar
* 2 ounces cleaved anchovies
* 1 tablespoon cleaved chives
* 1 tsp dill weed
* 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
* 1 tablespoon lemon juice
* 1/8 teaspoon ground dark pepper
* 20 cuts small rye bread
SWISS CHEESE RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven. Blend Swiss cheddar, anchovies, chives, dill weed, mayonnaise, lemon squeeze, and dark pepper until all around joined. Spread combination equally on rye bread adjusts. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until softly seared and hot...and the Swiss Cheese formula is prepared to serve...enjoy it !
