Swiss Chicken Recipe Ingredients :

2 tbsp. spread
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, quartered
1 sm. onion, hacked fine
1 clove garlic, hacked fine
1 1/2 c. chicken stock
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
1/4 lb. cut child swiss cheddar

Swiss Cheese Recipe Instructions

In a 10 to 12 inch skillet, heat spread and oil and earthy colored chicken on all sides. Dry each piece of chicken well prior to putting in skillet. Pour off everything except 2 tablespoons of fat.
