Swiss Cheese Recipe: Chili con Cashews Recipe 

Swiss Cheese Recipe Ingredients:

 * 1 clove garlic, minced
 * 1 to 2 carrots, ground
 * 2 onions, hacked
 * 1 to 2 green peppers, hacked
 * 1 to 2 Tablespoons oil
 * 1 cup crude cashews
 * 2 to 3 cups kidney beans, cooked
 * 4 cups hacked tomatoes, with their fluid
 * 1 teaspoon basil
 * 1 teaspoon oregano
 * 1 teaspoon stew powder, or to taste
 * 1 teaspoon ground cumin
 * 1 inlet leaf
 * 1/2 teaspoon salt or less
 * Run pepper
 * 1/4 cup raisins
 * 1/2 cup ground cheddar, Swiss or Cheddar
 * 1/2 to 1/2 cup sesame seeds
 * Cornbread or entire wheat pasta

Discretionary:
 * 2 Tablespoons dry wine or vinegar, discretionary
 * 1/2 pound mushrooms, cut, discretionary
 * 1 medium zucchini, cut, discretionary

  Swiss Cheese Recipe Instructions: Saute garlic, carrots, onions, and green peppers in oil. Add cashews, kidney beans, tomatoes, basil, oregano, stew powder, cumin, inlet leaf, salt, pepper, raisins, and wine whenever utilized.

Stew for no less than 2 hours, until thick, in covered pot or slow-cooker. Serve finished off with Swiss or cheddar and sesame seeds, over cornbread or pasta. Make 4 to 6 servings..enjoy it !
