Swiss Cheese Recipe Ingredients:
* Vegetable splash
* 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) spread
* 1/4 cup minced sweet onions
* 1/4 cup minced celery
* 2 cloves garlic, squeezed
* 1-1/2 cups solid fish, chicken, or vegetable stock
* 1 (6 ounces) box stuffing blend
* 1 cup destroyed Swiss cheddar
* 2 cups sanitized canned bump crabmeat or new (see Note)
* 2 Tbsp cleaved chives
* 3 eggs
* 1/4 cup lemon juice
* 1 cup milk
Swiss Cheese Recipe Instructions:
Saute sweet onions and celery in margarine until onion becomes clear. Add squeezed garlic and saute 2 extra minutes. Add stock and heat to the point of boiling. Eliminate from heat. Add items in stuffing blend, tenderly throwing to join. Let rest, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
Preheat broiler to 350 F. Cover smaller than expected biscuit tins with vegetable splash. Throw Swiss cheddar, crabmeat, and chives with arranged stuffing blend. Beat eggs, lemon squeeze, and milk with a fork until blended. Let sit for 5 minutes until it seems coagulated.
Pour egg blend over crab stuffing blend. Throw tenderly to join. Fill smaller than usual biscuit tins to the edge. Prepare around 30 minutes until puffy and brilliant.
